Vietnam MOH wants to test day 1, 2 and 3...:0

Include Pre-departure test will be 4 test...lets hope cut to one test upon arrival...

All ART test is ok. No PCR needed there right?
How about the need to quarantine? 1 day quarantine? 3 day? zero day?

Most of the Wetnamese news still says awaiting detailed reopening plans from officials for the March 15 date some say 3 days quarantine some says only 1 day.....really cuntfusing......

Day 2 - ART test if go out (no idea where to test)
Day 3 - ART test mandatory (no idea where to test)

Tourism Ministry proposed -
Pre-departure PCR test
Upon Arrival Day 1 - Test (not sure ART or PCR)

So best let Vietnam finalised before buying ticket...since 15 Mar and soon they have to open...currently still need visa to enter...

so confusing ah, i only just advised VB on the requirements taken from vietnam airlines leh.

Test Requirement
Passengers who have received sufficient doses of the vaccine or have recovered from Covid-19 >>> One time RT-PCR, test on the third day from the date of entry

Quarantine Requirement
Passengers who have received the full dose of the vaccine or have recovered from illness >>> Self-monitor your health at your place of residence (home, hotel, motel, etc.) for 03 days from the date of entry. After the RT-PCR test is negative, continue to monitor your health for up to 14 days from the date of entry.

Can mah one of my SBF kaki here have been travelling to & fro 3 times for the past few months already, only thing is still need to quarantine both ways at the moment just that different number of days nia nia, he is practically his own boss so the quarantine days doesnt bother him at all quite unlike us....

This should be still the current requirements if I am not wrong we are all hoping it will changed once the VTL flights starts on the 15th March to no monitoring/quarantine days on arrival & only 1 test (hopefully ART) required

Work-related travelling largi even best, can still quarantine under company's scope & still get paid mah

I can't do so since its personal travels as the quarantine period will count towards my precious annual leaves as its Private Limited otherwise I would have cheong out long ago......

15 march doesnt seem like going to happen.
travel agents in vietnam are not confident about it as even today, no details about it are out yet.
sometime in april seem more plausible
