Yesterday (31st Jan 2013) went to RP change RMB and best rate i get is 5.037.

Mostly will offer 5.03

Raffles MC is open on Sat until 1pm
but i called them and their TT rates is only 4.98 for RMB

A friend went to PPC and most money TT services there still haf 5.00 for RMB

the only diff is... Raffles charge 15sgd for service but the PPC shops charge 18sgd.

think will go ppc tomolo n hope rate dun fall below 5.
