When I see my time table I started to have a headache.

At the end of the day I did take 2 textbooks home Math and Science, the 2 subjects I really don't understand.

Ah Kai saw me taking the books and came after me as I was walking towards the pay phone of our School.

I said good bye to ah kai and I knew I needed help if I wanted to pass, there was no way I am spending my June holidays at remedial lesson.

It was not hard to figure who I will ask for help.

I left Jasmine a voicemail: I need help, Can you and Ann come J8 now.

I travel to J8 and on the way my Pager beeped.

I checked my voicemail after alighting and it was Jasmine, and she told me that they are on the way and asked me to meet them at the MRT station.

As I was waiting for Jasmine and Ann at the MRT Station my pager Beeped and I listened to the voicemail it was Felicia asking me where was I, I left her a voicemail asking for her to come to J8 as I was meeting Jasmine and Ann.

I walked toward the station control and Jasmine and Ann had already arrived.

Me: Sorry, I went to check voicemail

Jasmine: What you need help with, It sounded urgent.

Me: Is abit urgent lah.

I told the girls that we should find a place to have lunch and talk and we ended up at Mos Burger, as the phone was near so it will be easy for me to direct Felicia later.

After ordering their food the girls came back to the table, I purchased a cup of milk tea and returned to the table.

Jasmine: So what is this urgent help you need?

I Immediately took out my maths textbook and started studying as I sip on my milk tea. the girl's food came and as I was "studying" Ann offered half of her burger to me telling me could not finish and Jasmine shared her fries. I think the girls somehow figured I was low on cash.

Felicia paged me and I left her a voicemail that we were at Mos Burger.

She came and was surprised to see me studying.

Felicia: Ai seh, so hard working ah.

Me: If don't study I die liao. no holiday, actually Jasmine and Ann agreed to help me study.

Jasmine: Oei when did I

Felicia: So good, Erm can I join?

Jasmine was scratching her head again?

Jasmine: So what subject you need help? not all subjects right?

Felicia: No lah, I only English no good the rest ok one.

I was surprised that even Felicia was better than me, I just drop my head and continued studying. Ann was patiently going through the Math textbook with me and Jasmine was looking at me with a puzzled face.

We ended the day with me studying in mos burger for 4 straight hours and before Jasmine and Ann left, Ann assured me that Jasmine will think of something.

I walked home and holding my math textbook, I did not know why it seem so heavy.

I reached home, and I tossed my bag on the bed. I took a bath and come back to my room thinking on me spending 4 days a week on remedial during the holidays, there was only one statement to explain my feelings then "Sibei Sian".

That evening as I was flipping my textbook at home, my pager beeped. It was Jasmine, I returned her call almost immediately.

Me: Eh Jasmine you page me huh.

Jasmine: I have spoken to my parents, from tomorrow onwards you will come over 3 days per week for tuition.

Me: Your parents?

Jasmine: I told my parent this is a school thingy, so no matter what don't spill the beans.

Jasmine: Nevermind, tomorrow, Felicia and you come over to our place at around 5pm.

I hung up the phone with ann and later that night I received a voicemail from Joanne which she asked if I was ok, as she is worried that I have not contacted her since I told her about my relationship problem. I sent her a voicemail telling her that I am having my term test soon and I am busy studying at the moment.

Joanne sent me another voicemail almost immediately wishing me good luck (Which I really needed) and proposing we meet during the holidays. I did not reply her and laid on my bed covering my face with the same math textbook I read the whole afternoon.

Christina Paged me later and I called her, She told me she was not working the next day and could meet me after school. I agreed to meet her but told her I needed to go at 4pm as I will be meeting the girl to study. She said that it's ok and we can just meet for lunch but I could hear that she was disappointed. There were no happy feelings for this conversation, I did not know how long can this relationship maintain.

I hung up with her and I dropped my textbook on the floor and went to bed.

I woke up the next morning, I told my parents that I will be out that night and maybe the following nights as I going to my friend's home To study for the upcoming term test.

My dad handed me another $50 telling me to buy something when visiting other people's home and my mum was nagging for me to behave myself. But I could see that they were happy that I was going to study and not out to play.

I went for school that day and I was really focusing hard. I knew time was running out and I cannot afford to sleep in class anymore.

After School I met Christina, I did not hold her hand. maybe it was that we were afraid of meeting the girl while doing so, or maybe the 2 of us felt the change in our relation or maybe it was my stress getting to me.

We decided to have lunch at my home, Partly was to avoid being seen by the rest of the girls in case they came to Bishan. After we packing our food at a nearby coffeshop, We proceed to my home. I started to compare Christna's action with Ann's. No doubt Ann was better in this comparison.

Christina: Oei, you ok? why today you so quiet.

Me: No lah, I think I too stress over the upcoming test.

I waited for Felicia and finally she appear at the escalator. She was wearing her uniform and I have changed into my tees and jeans before leaving home.

Me: Oei you never go home just now ah.

I smiled at Felicia remarks and told her we needed to take a bus and we walked toward the bus terminal.

We took a bus towards balestier and alighted near the girls home, I thought back and recall how to go towards Jasmine and Ann's home and move towards the direction. I did not really remember well and was looking around, I guess Felicia did suspect that I came here before as I was trying to figure the right way to their home.

We finally reached and took a lift up to their unit, I pressed on the door bell and I could hear Jasmine shouting for Ann to open the door.

Ann opened the door and I think due to our previous engagement, my view towards had a drastic change. Ann was wearing a Tee shirt and School PE shorts, I paused and took a good look at her and of course I was focused on her breast.

Ann passed me a piece of paper, It was a timetable Ann had listed the topics I needed to cover daily the time that I needed to do so.

Jasmine: That silly girl spend the whole afternoon doing that, you better follow it.

I was looking at the time table and was scratching my head, I can say Ann planned it out really well She was to focus on Math with me first, so I can carry on practicing on my own followed by the rest of the topics which does not require that much of practice.

Jasmine then pointed out that she will be tutoring Felicia and Ann Will be tutoring me.

I followed Ann to her room and we sat at her study table where we began the session, I was stealing glances after I realised that Ann was sitting close to the table, and her breast was virtually placed on the table.

Ann asked me to take out my Math Textbook and told me to ask her if I had any questions.

She start going through the formulas and I told her I had a question

About an hour after we started the tutoring session, Jasmine and Ann's Parents came back. their parents were office workers or so I thought dressing nicely in office attire, Jasmine and Ann Greeted them as we followed behind.

Me: Hi Uncle, Hi Auntie.

Jasmine and Ann's father seemed friendly, he took a look at Felicia and me and turned to Jasmine.

Jasmine and Ann's Father: So these are the students allocated for you girls to tutor under the program?

Jasmine: Yes, The poor and needy student program.

I know I promised but I can't help but give Jasmine a WTF look.

Jasmine and Ann's mother told us she had bought some cakes and told us no the be shy and eat the cakes if we felt hungry.

Ann went into the kitchen and took some side plate, after she placed a cake on each plate with a fork nice placed beside it we took one each and went back to our tutoring session.

Soon it was 915pm and their father came and told us it was getting late and we should end the day. we stopped the tutor session and Ann asked about my literature read, I dug my sling back and showed her my copy of "Charlotte's web", She told me if I did not have time to read it I should just see the animation.

We went out of the room and Ann's father start to Chat with me asking me random things like my hobbies etc, I figured he wanted a son but I just thought well Jasmine isn't far off.

Felicia ended her session with jasmine and came out of her room. We said our goodbyes and thanked their parents for the cakes and we left their home.
