Naga World I think already expand to having three big casinos and hotels. They are really as bad as most people think la. The casinos in PP belong to the PM so confirm is legal. However, I think they have a hidden agreement within a 200 km radius no casinos allow other than Naga World. So u will find a lot of CHINA Chinese-owned casinos in Sihanoukville.

Yes, USD is like their local currency like SGD in Singapore. The reason is USD strong and their own currency Kips always depreciate. So you can spend USD everywhere. They quote everything in USD, they only give u Kips when they need to give you back small change. 1 USD = 4000 Kips if I am not wrong. Actually, they just want to keep the change la. Kips got no use if you bring back to SG.

However, people please don't go there and act rich when you all are actually not. Even if you are slightly better than the people there, just keep to their local spending or a bit more only. Don't need to haolian and inflate your ego there since you can't do that in SG. You will not impress anyone as the people there are also used to seeing rich people so just try not to inflate the prices or everything there.

If you are Chinese, you should roughly understand Chinese blood and pattern. Chinese got money yes, Chinese got a business brain and rich yes. Somemore China really got a lot of people there. The last time I was in Sihanoukville, I heard something like China Chinese go molest a local girl in the Serendipity beach after getting drunk. Then I think that beach got sold to some Chinese. I wonder if their own locals can even go to use the beach in their own lands anymore. Another story I head is some local got killed by a China Chinese but the news report killed by Korean to cover up etc. So there are many reasons why they hate Chinese la. Imagine being a local there. The China Chinese rob your lands, exploit you, insult you and your culture, the government is not protecting their citizens after receiving so many rewards from China. How can you not hate China Chinese?

Anyway, the good thing is I believe most other Chinese are still ok, they don't hate all Chinese. They can tell where are you from by your accents. They actually like Chinese other than China Chinese. Especially those from SG. Cause SG Chinese is famous for being carrot cake (sorry to say), rich, generous and very GENTLE. They also like Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and Malaysian. Even though we all (Japanese and Korean included) look like China Chinese. They can tell we are not from the moment we speak. They understand and know we have a totally different mindset compared to China Chinese cause we all came from democratic countries, are respectful to others and received proper education. So my advice is just don't speak Chinese too much over there in case get into unnecessary troubles.

Sorry for the long-winded post. Actually, I just want to say that Cambodia is a really good place for not China Chinese to visit. Cause the officers there tend not to offend Chinese tourists cause their government Pro-China. So when facing government people you can switch to Chinese speaking mode and usually, you will have no problem. When you go to bars and play, you switch to English-speaking mode or those broken Chinese languages typical of Singaporean and Malaysian. The girls will love you. You get the best of both worlds. No problem from officers and girls.

I also like Indonesia. However, their government anti-Chinese so might still bully by their officers.

Arrogant, stingy and like complaining, acting like big shot. If i do go to Cambodia, i will avoid to stay in hotel that most China Chinese staying and going to places that not frequent by China Chinese to take girls. I have checked the room rate of Naga World Complex on Booking.com, room rate is a lot higher than other hotels in Phnom Penh and require to pay in advance, unlike others can pay upon checking in. At this uncertain period, quite risky to pay in advance as border can suddenly close, flights cancel. Anyway January confirm can't go, sales of VTL tickets have already suspended, just hope can go on late February or early March.

No need to stay at Naga. It is expensive there. The girls there charge very high. U can stay in other hotels, they are not that bad too and a lot cheaper. Also, they are closer to the bars. I'm thinking of staying in Okay Palace, according to information on Booking.com, this hotel look grand, near to Naga World, cost between $51 to $71 a night, much cheaper than Naga World. My main purpose of going there is to enjoy the pleasure of having raw sex with young girls with slim figure, not go for gambling. I only prepare to spend US$500 at most in casinos. Highly unlikely that Singaporean who are going there for fucking trip be rob by another Singaporean who is flying together there. The most i worry is the corrupt government people there, some of them may accuse you for engaging in illegal activities and demand money. I also heard that someone was being surrounded by gangsters there , accuse of fucking their wife or girlfriend, force to pay large amount of money to let free. I was once being accused by corrupt immigration officer at Tanjung Balai, Indonesia many years ago for traveling on business purpose without securing business permit despite i only go there for leisure and block from leaving. I was force to pay RP500,000 ( was S$100 at that time) kopi money for nothing. I don't know would such thing happen in Cambodia or not.
