So far I find the best rate is at The Arcade (should be same as your RP).
Never see better rate from PPC compare to The Arcade (correct me if I'm wrong).

nope ... there r times i get better rate in PCC as compare with RP and vice versa too ...thus no one place will always give the best rate ....

Aiyah come-on, just count the 5.10 and 5.115 rate. How much U change at 1 go? 10K sgd or 50K sgd??? for 10K sgd the diff is onli 150rmb, 1 LT booking oredi set u back by 1.2K rmb or more. Go for the 1K rmb LT mm instead lor, oredi save 200 liao.
