I use an IP card for long distance for local calls I use an IC card.

This is in beijing maybe different in your part of the country.

A quick google says that they can be delivered online.

You can still register if you are their customer.
Not a bad ideas actually as xgx claim they will take care of their customers.
Though I have my doubt. No harm in booking YH hotel room with them as prices are the same.

Thanks for the info - but my Chinese reading ain't the best and I have trouble - lots - googling info in Chinese.

Also, what is IC card? Are they special Long distance cards sold at PRC telephone shops like in other countries?

As far as I know, these are routine checks. They check everyday. So far mayflower, yihao and huihua I heard and confirm with ppl working there that, there will be routine checks at the KTV everyday. But they mainly just look look see see, and left.

Just like a norm. Party still goes on inside the KTV.

Huimei and Huihua SN is "open" but operate under radar. Need to call an agent to make prior booking first before going down. If you just go with no booking, you see that the sauna is actually closed for public, all dark inside. With prior booking, a manager will meet you at the entrance and guide you in. With the YD situation, no choice for this. Another thing is the service is in a hotel room, not in the sauna premises, so no access to the facilities. Fee about 500-600 rmb. Got a few lookers, I will go again.

"BBS" or FL, there are also none out in the open for business, also run under radar. I hear there is just one operate now, it is a private room in a run down building. Need to climb a few stairs to reach it. I went this afternoon with a agent driver, inside got 20 over girls cramp there plus 5-6 cheongsters. I fast hand fast leg just get one and go for ST. Pay 100 rmb to mamasan, 100-150rmb to the girl after action. The one I got very unskilled and no experience, but no attitude, so ok lah at end of the day. Give some tips for her to take cab back. I hear better to go in the afternoon, becos by 6-7pm, no bonkable stocks left.

Flower street all closed, except Mayflower, heard scale down too. I no like KTV scene, so I dont join the mix KTV session. The driver told me they make up good, so in KTV look like one person, in the morning look like another hahaha.

Last option is to call agent to send girls to your room for picking, if at night time. ST 200-250, ON 600-650. I saw a few go in and out in the hotel lobby, but did not see any lookers, so maybe will not try this option.
