It is the shop that must queue 2 times. Queue to pass the money for exchange. Then go to another queue for collection. WTF

Near to the MRT entrance. There is a singaporepool outlet. Have been giving good rates lately.

they also own the money changer stall just next to the entrance from mrt station ..
