Wow now Ben Thanh area have more upmarket cafes and restaurants.
A bit different from 9 years ago.

Besides Singaporeans and Malaysians there're more tourists from Hong Kong, China and South Korea.

One thing I'm surprised is market rate for club PR and hair wash/facial tips is still from VND200K!

Just hair wash/massage services, no Extra ++ services on site... However possible to get # and nego for extras in hotel but no garuntee.

I believe cost is usually 300k/hr +300-500k tips, so not cheap for straight massage gamble.

There are some claims in the past especially those that post 1 post then disappear/MIA about getting HJs at one of this salons but that would be a a rarity or in fact we do not know really know if they are speaking the truth at all

I would say just proposition those WLs (in those known FS salons or those well known HJ/BBBJ massage parlours) or known freelancers but leave these poor VBs alone unless you are really interested to go after them as a GF or wife

In simple words now got more cockroaches in HCM liao

Salon VBs may not accept 200k unless you only do only hairwash alone, most will bug you for more, normal rates is as per what the other bro have posted above 300k to 500k

not a chance if the gals dun know who the hell are you...things can get interesting whenever you knew the gals well...most of the gals have bfs giving them enuf sex per night...

Lonely Planet has named the bizarre guesthouse alongside the likes of the Taj Mahal and Sydney Opera House.

U.K. travel magazine Lonely Planet has unveiled its list of the 120 most breathtaking human constructions on Earth, and a bizarre building in Vietnam has made the list.

The magazine's new "A Spotter's Guide to Amazing Architecture" introduces the world's "coolest" cosntructions and where to see them.

Hang Nga Guesthouse, dubbed the "Crazy House" in the Central Highlands town Da Lat, has been recognized for its extraordinary exterior which resembles a monstrous banyan tree.

Around one kilometer from the center of Da Lat, the guesthouse was officially opened in 1990, and has been compared to the amazing architecture of world-acclaimed constructions such as the Salvador Dalí Museum and Walt Disney Concert Hall.

The design by Vietnamese architect Dang Viet Nga was inspired by the poetic natural scenery of the dreamy city and the architectural works of Catalan master Antoni Gaud.

Once forgotten, it has now emerged as one of the most popular tourist attractions in Vietnam’s city of love, where visitors have to pay for VND40,000 ($1.76) for an entrance ticket to satisfy their curiosity.



Lonely Planet list also includes the Taj Mahal (India), Sydney Opera House (Australia), St Basil's Cathedral (Russia), Pena Palace (Portugal) and Lincoln Cathedral (U.K.)

This is not the first time the guesthouse has earned global plaudits.

The U.K.-based travel magazine last year hailed Vietnam’s astonishing building as a secret marvel, saying “Crazy House is different from every angle: on one side, warped walls seem menacing and windows glare like eye sockets; from another, traditional Vietnamese designs adorn the eaves.”

In 2016, the leading U.S. architecture website Archdaily included Hang Nga on its list of the world’s most unusual buildings.

Went to try earlier. Didn't get anything think I tip more than I should. Doesn't help that I can't speak their language. But then also went for tmr experience

My kakis went this morning to the best Hair Salon shop around Ben Thanh.

VND350K + 500K tip.

They expect above VND400K tip if clean body massage is included.
Truly Shocking Asia!

Today I follow my kakis go to high end KTV.
Preparing for another shock!

That is about $20USD tip for a $15USD hair cut/massage. (FYI, they say 500k tip but i think you can pay 300k, they always try to get more from you)

Nowhere even in the US or Europe you expeted to tip more than the base price of a service. Confrim Vietnam Salon is place looking to recruit Robert Chop Suey types!

They are the same as any normal wetnamese girls whether working in a salon, retail shops, restaurants (real ones not those *ahem* ).....etc, they will have their own normal everyday lives e.g. boyfrens only thing is that they may have higher demands/expectations due to their nature of work & exposure to foreigners
