I like that Gerrard can help us take away points from our nearest competitors. Plus he is familar with Liverpool youth having been our Under 18 coach. I think he can help us with squad development with some useful loans. Maybe Neco Williams will get some playing time. Minamino too. Even Kelleher, Nat Phillips... On a smaller possibility, maybe even Curtis Jones who has worked with Gerrard before.

Tbh saw this coming as Hendo is another of one of those who get's injured quite often, not Naby level but still quite often.

In any event, i don't fancy Adama that much. A speed merchant and dribbler but lacks the goals.

Adama has speed n power n that's about it. Not a wise decision for Pool to splash big $ on him especially Pool is quite tight on their budget. Any player they buying next they better scrutinized him from head to toe n not end up another Keita.

Wtf did not know Divock was even called up for this International break.

Also Curtis' eye injury appears to be taking longer to heal, won't be in contention for the Arsenal game.

We need his nationality more than him. We don't seem to have enough home grown players. Which is why we are shopping for English players. He is that age range which interests Liverpool. Someone around 25 with seasons of EPL experience and is entering his prime years. So he has 6-8 seasons ahead.

I think Klopp can improve his final result. He seems to be doing everything else right but somehow he always shoot directly at the goalkeeper.

If we are shopping for an English player, we have to keep an eye on Conor Gallagher from Crystal Palace. 21 year old with game intelligence. The way he takes up positions with his team mates have the ball is impressive. Opens up possibilities for a return pass or to draw away defenders. He is a Harvey Elliot category player. He is linking really well with Zaha.

The other English player to consider will be Ivan Toney from Brentford. A player with high potential but he is already 25.

I think it will be a draw tonight. Hopefully I am wrong. Arsenal has been playing well as a team with no outstanding star player. Aubameyang is increasingly looking like a spent force.
