Best time is between 2pm and 5pm because by 2pm the lunch time guys have to go back to work and b4 5pm is good because the guys havent reached PT yet after their work.

Earlier than 12 noon and you may be a bit too early though she does start at that time sometimes according to posts in PT thread. Then you will have to wait; and waiting for Jac seems like years.

From 1pm till 2pm, there'll probably be some lucky bugger in there already and most likely 1 or 2 in the queue.

The time between 2pm and 3pm is a good time to stay in queue if you've reached there at that time. Stay even if there are 2 or 3 guys. You'll be surprised some have to leave the queue as they MUST have to go back to work.
