I think that’s pretty the rule of thumb or limits of Cat III.

Haha yeah, if show lips & zoomed in, then i think it contravene the Cat III limit. So far, i have seen 1 show that tested the boundary (the lady wear green bra wan & Amy Yip also acted in that movie) by showing a quick 1 or 2 second to let you have a glimpse of the lips where the lady spread her legs … but no zoomed in of course otherwise it’s classified as blue film or XXX liao …
