Klopp's mum passed away on 19th Jan. He was unable to return to Germany for the funeral. He is the only son. He has 2 other sisters. Perhaps this explains why he wasn't in top form recently. Nothing else matters more than family. Sorry to hear the news.

yes just read the news about Klopp's mum passing and he cannot return to Germany because of COVID restrictions. that's very sad indeed.

Keita is no longer the player he used to be. Due to his persistent injuries, he is afraid to challenge hard for the ball nowadays n he has lost the tenacity in his play.. Should be off loaded asap together with Matip, Ox n Origi...
