Because their initial idea was not to do social distancing. The stupid Brits are hoping to infect 60% of the population to develop herd immunity. The herd immunity idea is so stupid when you consider the latest research information. People who had Covid-19 can get it again. There is no immunity against this disease just because someone has had it before.

I think so. Like everywhere else, there will be employees (or players in this case) that is using this Covid 19 issue as an excuse not to go back to train. Their pay is not cut during this period after all. Watch out for this group of saboteurs who will go to the media to highlight their concerns and try to delay as long as they can.

Why not?
The Bundesliga restarted tonight..... although in empty stadiums and social distancing measures apply. No more goal celebrations or handshakes..... can see less body contact between players and soft tackles only.
Even the ball boys dun contact with the balls or players. They will disinfect the ball and place it near the touchline..... then the player collects it to resume play.

I presume the BPL will follow similar format too.
