It will be a different story if it like our group who change almost S$10,000 to pay for our BKK stay for a few days.

We can have a nice meal wif the exchange difference.

BTW, bangkok is getting expensive with inflation.

Our hotel bill alone came up to more than 65,000 baht. The same hotel which we use to stay 5 years ago cost less than 2/3 the price then.

Of cos it makes a different if u change 10k but how many ppl will change 10k, shop n spend in BKK like it is still a village? So our statement was to a particular group of ppl who is here to cheong 2 or 3 nights. The most he will need is 500SGD which is insignificant with 50thb difference???
