Ah maybe at Utama area i didn't bargain enough but still acceptable for me as a nice syt.
The moonlight is opposite the wet market .
Utama areas have a lot massage shops but some charging too much for a normal room at 100k
I only go for those charging at 60k per hr . But caution the massage maybe only take 25~30 mins the rest of time for GQ.
It happened to our group of friends 2 out of 6 got GQ prompt. In the end all ur massage only last 30 mins .

Mind if I ask where is bronono secret joint located at and it's name? I have been reading up bronono posts since Jan this year but i didn't find any secret joint mentioned. Even using the search function doesn't help. Will be visiting batam again next week so am really interested in this.

Almost a million for 4 person dinner, i wont say its expensive if you eat at specific restaurant such as duck king or brewsky. But windsor foodcourt?

Took horizon yesterday night at 7pm to batam harbourbay ferry was already 80% full. Usually during a Wednesday it should not be more than 50% full.

The reason why i ask becos i am gathering all the bills for some Sea Food restaurants/food court to have a fairer gauge on their Sea Food pricing. One of the bro who joined me in one of my Batam group trip left our group with his booking girl and pays about 700k to 800k sea food bills at Windsor Food court. Thats for 2 pax (how much can 2 person eats since most girls usually eats lesser than men).

I am also comparing between Golden Prawn,Wey Wey,Harbour Bay Sea food and then Marine Live. Now i roughly have a better idea base on my calculation from the collected info.

2. That means she likes to sing. If you plan to RTF the same girl,KTV might likely be your next choice to explore. And i am not talking about Alishan KTV anymore,hehehe...you may wish to try those family KTVs instead since you already have girl/s with you,hehehe...you save on Mami/waiter's major tipping and other unnecessary expenses. (and i am not saying Alishan KTV is overly expensive tho,hehehe...) I am talking more about better facilities,sound systems and song selection,hehehe...my stingy perspective again.

Not to argue with you, my friend, but I feel that your "market analysis" cannot lead anywhere.

It is true that some restaurants are too expensive for what they offer, and some others may be even not honest (just increase the real weight of a fish, et voila).
But what can you do with receipts?

1) It is not true that "the cheaper the better". It is not true that an apple costing $0.50 is always better than an apple costing $1.
There is also quality. Price may depend (should depend, in the ideal world) on quality.

Moreover, from receipts:
2) you don't see how large are the portions;
3) you don't see how good and fresh is the food (quality);
4) you may see "bawal 120k", but without seeing its weight;
5) even if you see the weight "bawal 600gr", then you don't see what was its real weight.

Judging a restaurant is complex. Price is only one of the factors, and it is tightly bound to quality. (and even to its location)

Stay in iBaloi hotel again with family members and intend to have a hair cut. Went to BCS mall 3rd floor (I think so) where you can see rows of barber or hair salon shops. Price for "rambut potong" (hair cut) = Rp 20,000 (say round to S$2). Keen to cut but no courage to enter after viewing the shop - in a way not so comfortable.

Next day, went to V salon and ask the lead stylist, Seow Wei, to cut who also call the shot in the salon. Told her cut and color. Quoted Rp 200,000 after discount w/o asking. She ask whether I came in group before (referring to some bros here). I told her No and is my 2nd time here alone. After waiting for 15 mins, she came over and using the shaver, it was fast & furious, just 10 mins to finish shaving (or cut if you call it) hair. While cutting in progress, told her NOT punk style (both side very short and the front having some hair cover the eyebrow aka some Taiwanese pop star) or botak. She said she is very experienced in cutting Men hair and recommended Executive style. Final product after 10 mins - SAF Regular Sign On hair style. And I am Ok with that, just a little bit high & low comparing left & right temple. Anyway, hair will grow, no worries.

Next came the hair colour done by a slightly older lady which Seow Wei explained that she specializes in colouring hair. I ask for black colour and she is good and careful. After the job done, 30 mins later, a SYT came over for washing. All this while, they only put a towel w/o plastic and after washing, the white T-shirt became black on the back. For bro who wish to color hair black is better to wear black T-shirt or bring along a used T-shirt to change and not like me (don't know) walk around Batam with a patch of stain on my back throughout the whole day. I did ask her whether there is stained, she told me No and definitely Not. I only get to know when I reach home last night.

Anyway, I am ok with the hair cut, wash and colour, as I don't have high expectation, which only cost Rp 200,000 (S$20/-). Not bad which may last me for 3 months.

I notice that in V salon, there are 2 kinds of Men hair cut - either punk or SAF sign on (just my personal opinion) and Seow Wei will ask when was the last time you cut your hair before she commenced. She will use 1 thumb for 1 month measurement and if you say 2 months ago, she will cut based on 2 thumbs length. This is the first time I heard of it and is interesting to know. So if your hair is not too long, telling her 2 months could simply means as good as botak or probably very short.

Thanks for the V salon fr bro.. I too went to V salon upon a good bro recommend, and went away with only an average impression of their hair styling skills.. Cheap, but just very average cut.. The color u did was not difficult, but their care and skill can be improved upon..

Actually while I was there, I was more interested in buying clothes in the dept store oppo this V salon.. The clothes r value for money!

There's really an aroma & texture difference between using duck egg and chicken egg in their dishes - as on Day1 - using duck egg, Day 2 - using chicken egg.

Strongly Recommended Dishes : Satay, I Fun Mie BinJai, Beehoon Goreng, Nasi Goreng, Bakmie. Best use duck egg in the goreng dishes.

Dinner Disadvantage : By 1930pm - no tables. Full. So it's either arrive before 1900hrs, or after 2030hrs - but expect ingredients to run out like longtong, kangkong, petai, etc. Otherwise, as observed - join the standing queue to dabao instead of having dinner there.

Not for pregnant women and women who just gave birth tho.I dont take it as a daily supplement. Do read about its known side effect tho. And buy only HSA approved ones to prevent yourself from overdosing. Price will not be a factor as when i say cheap,it is CHEAP,hehehe...real cheap (even in Sillypore term). You could probably find it in some garden if you see one where many who doesnt know about it takes this kind herbs as weeds.

Major Pharmacy sells them in capsule form,where the bitterness taste will be greatly reduced as they were being capped.

True. The last time was colored and washed by the 40 years old lady (can't remember her name). Very experienced and careful. No stain even when I worn a white T-shirt. This time was washed by the SYT as instructed by Seow Wei, thought same standard of care but actually not.

As for the product, they used hair color (black) from Korea, no ammonia smell and lasting. Quite good.

Hope you have gotten a good bargain at the opposite store which has quite a variety of design.

Sometimes what we need could be a barber rather than a hairstylist.
If what you need is just old fashion cut, just visit the barber.
I had gone to the one at sari jaya hotel building n it suits me fine. Just 30k only.
