Still pretty much the same.
But sometimes can still find gems for direct pick up along Sukhumvit road without going into thermae or NEP agogo and drink and wait.

I am planning to visit THE PIMP gentlemen club in Bangkok to enjoy the in-house entertainment and would also like to take the girls out of the club after 2-3 hours of partying. Tried before 2020, pay 10k after the session. Say to LT but the girl leave before 6. Quality wise is what you pick during mirror. But can tell the mummy you want girl that can TB so she know who to recommend.

Recently visited The PIMP Bangkok for the first time a few weeks ago.
When you arrive after getting seated and ordering some drinks, the "mamasan" will arrange for a lineup of all the girls. For us, she specifically pointed out the ones that speak English, as well as the ones that can be taken home at the end of the night.
Sure enough, no hassle when taking them home later. The Girl I was with asked for 10k ST and 15k LT but this may differ from girl to girl, again, my first time there, so didn't try to bargain.
On the same trip, also used a few online escort service (can PM me for the details), and generally I would say service from the Agency Escorts was better, but the Girls from The PIMP were more attractive.

There are ladies avail for 10-12k baht for LT, but may not be as young and pretty as those pretty MC models or G Club ladies you see. If you want those ladies working as pretty MC models or doing part-time modelling, may have to fork out 15k and above. 12-15k will probably be the middle ground - mix of SYTs doing sideline or part-time modelling.
The price of course includes the OKT commission, and sometimes agency commission as well, depending on whether the OKT recruit the lady directly via a group chat, the lady in their agency, or they go through another agency.
It is essentially an issue of supply and demand. If there is a lack of demand or the lady is in need of money, they may take a job that pays less than what she wants. Can sometimes get the OKT to negotiate with the lady.
The understanding of ST is 1 shot and LT is 2 shots. These ladies are usually hired to do entertaining and provide full service. So while places like Thermae is 1 shot or up to 2 hr, you can negotiate for these escort to accompany you for dinner or drinks and back to room within 4 hr timeframe. LT is usually 10 hr.
So, if you are just looking for service and squeezing as many shots as possible and don't want to pay so much, better to pick up from Thermae or agogo and negotiate with the lady. It will be cheaper for sure.
These sideline ladies from tonybkk and other OKTs may not necessarily provide better service, and GFE is also dependent on chemistry with the ladies. They may not always be prettier than the prettiest lady you see at Thermae or agogo bars. If you willimg to pay 15k and up, then you definitely have a wider selection of ladies with model looks to choose from, but no guarantee of service quality.

Prices seem to have escalated post Covid. Recalled ST of 5-6k and LT of 10k before. These prices do not include what's paid to Pimp for seating fee etc. Some girls may also say they haven't earn enough lady drinks for the night so cannot leave too early. Not sure how true this is, but i always assume they use this reason to jack up the price and get you to "barfine" them in addition to the ST/LT rates.
