Bro PTR, you must really be something! All the bros asking, pleading, advising, begging you not to retire!! you must be someone special in their hearts bros... There is another type of 'brother' that I would like to share with others. They are no really "free-loader" though. Usually, there is a gathering for a meal or to KTV. They will bring their personal friends along for the binge. But when it comes to paying the bill, he would just divide it between you and himself. Eh bros,
I notice that nowadays got a lot of this kind of CB kias around ah? My experience may not sound relevant to this thread, but reading about it made my blood boil. My experience involved going out to dinner with some of the SG guys in London and their "GFs". When the bill came, you'll always get some fucker who will put in a larger note, say maybe his part of the bill together with the char bo is about 30pounds, he'll put in a 50 pound note and swipe all the change and small bills off the tray. So in actual fact, he puts in 50 pounds but he takes back 40 pounds in change, then when you tally up, you're short and you wonder WTF? Really hate these fuckers, want to go out with GF, want to haolian but want to be ngiao. KNN, stay at home and makan sardine or PCC lah. CCB!

Freeloaders are everywhere, bound to run into a few. Sometimes it is prudent to hangout with people you know and are comfortable with. You can avoid hanging out with people who leave a bad after taste. Once bitten twice shy.
As for bro PTR, sad to hear that you are retiring from the scene. Your wisdom has been helpful to us occassional posters. I have decided to retire from the scene as well. Only going to those places when totally necessary to entertain customers or important stakeholders. I prefer watching DVDs, drinking at bar with friends or sipping wine at home. I guess I am growing old very quickly. Those nightspots all feel the same after a while. So much so it feels downright pointless and empty.
