it is quite obvious to me after reading through all the postings that her point about the shoes are merely and simply a christmas wish list.

i beg to differ on this point. yes, its obvious both of them express themselves relatively well and offers the impression of a sophisticated and educated persona but yet the similarity ends here.

i feel that ms LM is a person who exudes a worldly charm, someone who is well read, well travelled and enjoy the finer things in life. She has been there, done that and expresses herself with confidence which is backed by her experiences.

ms LD on the other hand, is someone who is a deep thinker but yet allows her spunky personality to shine through in her postings. She is someone who has also seen it all but yet chooses to not be waylaid and retains her individualistic outlook.

maybe this doesnt make sense to many, maybe it doesnt even appear that theres a difference my description of both. However, to me, the difference is vast, for I am drawn to ms LD's style of writing and though ms LM does offer a good read, i tend to get disinterested, not bored but just that i find interest waning, maybe the idea of her classy sophisticated world bores me, thats all. To each his own, i just feel that the glitz of the high life is never sufficient to justify the facades we put up just to fit in. No offence to those who genuinely thrive in such environments, i guess i just dont.

n to potential flamers who might speculate that i am trying to get into ms LM's good books and probably also attempting to get into her pants with this posting, let me offer my retort.
