A couple of money changers situated @ People Park Complex & Ctr offered similar rate & even slightly higher. Hope it the rate can reach 23.00 soon.

Imho, be realistic.. still better than most places over in Bkk (from my experience)

In Bangkok, SCB 22.46 at Robinson, walk a little distance (100m) to Carrefour, the Bangkok Bank money changer rate is 22.62 ....
