My case was different, I am married to a pinas, daughter going to be 4 yrs old already. Got special pass in phil with no restriction. So its no issue to "100%" own the business.

I thinks lots of bro here are having the issue that you cannot 100% own the business and buy the land. There is a way around it AND dont just jump into it when someone offer you a too good to be true lobang.......its usually too good to be true.

I still have a few k from my last trip but it's not enough for a nite out. Guess it's much more safer to change a hundred or two back home so that I don't have to worry about money changing when arrive. Then I can hit the bars straight away after hotel check in.

Dumag. is NOT an easy place for pickups. In AC almost everywhere u look will have some chick available for pickup, also true for some parts of Manila but Dumag. is not as easy. Many come from well off families (thats why they can afford the colleges) and some only do FL because they want to not because they need to.
