I visited my Juagen ML yesterday (manhood is a must) and all MLs practice daily personal hygiene such as ventilating the rooms and none of them return from China recently. Daily temperature taking is done for both MLs and the customers. Like it or not, LIFE must go on.

As saffron said : Take your own Vitamin C daily and bring along your thermometers to measure your ML temperature - if necessary

Actually Singapore is the best place to be now. Think about it, our healthcare system is good. We have been making preparations for such an event ever since SARS. The problem is China announced their lockdown only on 23rd Jan. I feel no sensible country will announce a ban on China tourists before 23rd Jan out of fear of offending China. The cases in Malaysia, Korea, England that originate from Singapore came from a seminar that ended before 23rd Jan. So even if Singapore knows this virus is like SARS, no one dare to act before China acts.

Stay calm and wait it out. So far our government is doing much better than other governments. Every case is reported. We don't suspect they hide cases right? Heck, we even know which case is a FL and which case probably visited this FL. . If someone gets this virus in China, odds of dying is very high. If this same person gets it in Singapore, survival chances are much higher.

Bedsheet and pillowcase got change after each client? When you are lying face down and your head is inside the hole of the massage bed... do you wonder if they got wipe the sides of the 'hole' after each client?

Normal times don't worry so much. Now I wonder where the previous guy had been and if he has exposed himself to the virus or not. Worst is now the government will give a breakdown on each case. Where u work, where u stay, where u visit before. Some buildings will give an update on each suspected case in the same building too. $12 million dollar Toto strike already no one knows who kenna. Virus strike already whole world knows because of contact tracing.

I think only 50-60% change bedsheet after each customer. Some places the face hole got smell... Even if got change bedsheet, do they change the small head pillow cover after every customer ? i doubt so.

This 44th case involving 37 year old SG certis cisco guy. Previously he served quarantine orders on two people from Wuhan who subsequently tested positive. And also he had been on duty at Chingay from Jan 31 and Feb 1. He reported the onset of symptoms on Jan 31, sought treatment at GP on Feb 2.

Does this frontline person wear any mask when he give quarantine orders? When he give?
After that, when he continue his duty, did he wear mask and how he can still continue after reporting to his superiors? All this infos are hidden due to pofma and cannot even clarify with MOH.

This is a very important evidence as to know whether need to wear mask against irresponsible ppl.

According to CNA & MOH, transmission via aerosol is not confirmed yet. So is what mentioned in the article that u posted. Shanghai just raised a warning on potential transmission via aerosol

I dun know how the govt interpret FRONTLINE workers? Medical workers, temperature screeners is confirmed. But does it also consist of security guards, immigration officers, hospital receptionist? And which FRONTLINE workers not covered?

If cna can confirm as evident case in sg that wearing a mask does not protect, then the next line of defence is to stay away 3 metres and to avoid touching on metal surface.
