The best at good price is the Arizona Hotel (at least for me), not the cheapest in town for price but still good value. Its also at the start of the Barrio Bar strip so start here and walk the length of the bar road until find something you like.
For me, Lips (upper and lower) , Angelwitch, Rum Jungle and Wetspot never disappointed me.
Also all the way down on the other end of Barrio is Midnight Rambler and this place is open 24hrs so if still horny at 3am this is only place left for relief as all others will be closed.
Only bar I didn't like was Emu bar--small bar, and only had about 7 gals but all older MILF types. If anyone is into that then look no further than Emu.
Also few other smaller bars I didn't like (also full of MILF types) and some Fuglies but can't recall their names.

Glad you pointed this out (along with others) as I have visited some before on last visit. I assume these bars are in the Calapadayan area as they mainly cater to locals and will almost always try to rip you off if you are not local. Only time this will not happen is if you go with a local themselves and they sit with you.
They once told me a price for the drinks and when it came time to pay bill it was DOUBLED. When you complain you will be surrounded by a few nasty looking guys. So beware of drink and BF scams at many local places. Stick with the Barrio bars only if you are not with locals or at least speak the language. No rip offs at any of the AngMo owned bars. Just a word of warning for those not in the know. Hope this helps.

And this final advice for Subic as it just occurred to me:

NOT all bars and gals are barfineable. Some bars have LDs but gals can't leave with you (NO BF). So don't assume you can just walk into any bar, see a gal you like, buy your drinks and then her drinks and later find out there are no BFs allowed there. Before you decide on buying drinks and spending time at the bar, always ask the waitress if the gals are allowed to leave with you. Will save you alot of disappointments and money in the end (unless you don't mind and just want to spend some time "talking" to a cutie--which is ok also).

This is a site where bargirls talk about mongers. They have different threads and sections just like SBF. Its not easy running a bar these days..... I know some of the bars can barely pull in even 1000p on some nights...... how to cover costs? I am not surprised that some are driven to resort to unscrupulous methods to cover their losses.
