Then this family made a choice. I see nothing wrong with 2 hardworking people making theirs to provide. Is this why the haters hate? That they cannot enjoy more because their partner want to relak one corner?

No no. I think he's talking about the discrepancy between 50th percentile for household income and your $5000 X 2

I need to be less sarcastic. Sorry. I think you misinterpreted me when I said Singapore Census was wrong.
That bro wants to insinuate I say $10k (per person) is average. For median household, meaning a combination of dual income and single income, the household median per Department of Statistics is $8,300.

Re: Am i a low income worker?

I think alot of people should be thankful with what they have. Basically its how you manage your money.

Honestly i see my friends at my age now drive BMW got car. When I'm still stuck with a 2A bike earning 33.6k a year, but still have to be thankful ah.

Whenever I think about it I wish i studied harder maybe I would have been somebody haiz~ sorry just thought wanna share my experience for anyone who feel they low income.

Re: Am i a low income worker?

For me, 11000km per year only. Stay not very far from workplace. Weekend also won't drive far.

Public transport is much cheaper but a little bit longer in traveling time

Quote an example of low mileage such as 8000km per year, the per km cost is $2.25 base on $180000 per 10 year. $2.25 is double the per km cost of taxi.

If mileage is not high, I propose you take taxi and MRT. Save your money

Re: Am i a low income worker?

Aiyo... why keep talking about money...

I read until headache.

I volunteer to simply the different income groups for easier reading.

1) No income

You work, you eat, you spend. End of the month nothing left.

2) Low income

You work you eat you spend. End of the month little bit left

3) Middle income

You work you eat, you spend. For no fuck reason middle of the month nothing left. This is Jin Jiak middle income

4) High income

You work you eat, you spend. End of the month still a lot left

5) Very high income

You work you eat you spend, End of the month suddenly got more then you remembered.

6) Ultra fucking high go in then come.

You take off your pants, you go in. You come.

My income is currypuff income.

I work very hard to save up 90 cents for curry puff.

Walk to the stall realise they increase price to 1.10

My boss refuse to give me a raise, so i work harder, save more, invest wisely. When i finally walked back to the stall with my head held up high, i realised they raised the price to 1.30.

Then i 发奋图强.. go for night class, take degree, upgrade my skills. Start my own business.

Finally i go back again and again, they raise price again to 1.40.

By then the auntie pity me and offer to treat me 1 x currypuff.

I think i am drunk.
