The last I had something like this was several years back at a spa in Tanjong Pagar. As long as the shop wasn't too busy, a ML that I frequented was willing to end off with a quick HJ.

Feel free to discuss this and make recommendations if any!

Most of the ML they do not do foot massage and would arrange some older person to take over. So best enquire at the counter before proceed.
