(A to C) or (B to C) is still acceptable for me. The surgical skills and material used these days are better. Quite often I cannot feel the difference between enhanced and natural anymore. Doctors are longer putting rocks into breasts.
Really meh? I thought zhng boobs always feel like there is a rock inside? If you can’t feel the difference it’s probably real one.

I think rock boobs are more an angmo thing where they try to make it as big and prominent as they can to attract attention. One look and we guys know it's fake. When we know it's fake, we lose interest. Now ladies don't really use silicone anymore. If the bag burst, the silicone will leak into their breast. Big health issue. Now many use the softer saline bag or even reinject their own fat. IF they reinject their own tummy fat into breast, how you guys know if got zhng or not?
Asian ladies I have met then to go for enhancement to look good in photos and feel more self confident without wanting guys to stare too much at them. So as long as it's not too obviously fake, we guys will still admire from time to time. So many of them move on from A+/B- to C. Many ladies also went from B to C during breastfeeding and then their C boobs lose density after they stop breast feeding. I'm sure you guys know that these breasts then to feel like half a bag of water. So breast enhancement can get back a better feel.
My interest in enhanced boobs happened after a chat with a doctor friend. They need to help ladies do breast examination so they need to learn how to detect breast enhancement through feel and sight. Doctors cannot ask a patient if the boobs are fake right? Tio complaint ah! Cannot be the doctors feel something hard, suspect it's a tumour and then subsequently discover it's a breast implant right? Such a waste of time. So he taught me what to look out for. The cut under armpit, the cut under breast or the smartest way which is to cut the nipple, put in the bag and stitch up the nipple. The nipple method really cannot see the cut. When a lady lies down, lifting the breast up also exposes the round bag nearer the shoulder. Nipple position also a clue. When a A cup goes to C cup, the skin needs to stretch to accommodate the big bag. After the skin stretches, it results in a nipple that seems too high for the breast. So best to upsize 1 cup each time.

This response kind of triggered my thots a bit - cos when saying zhng I will naturally think of artificial implants but pumping own fats is kind of 50/50 - natural but surgically enhanced with own body components. I have not met these and do not know whether I can actually tell the difference, so I guess for now my thots of rejection will still go against the artificial implants while I leave my judgement for fat implants.
