i almost have the same problem as you, i'm fat and pretty average penis. for the past 20yrs, i couldnt retract the skin back like you..

try this trick, when u shower, put a alot of shower foam and play with ur penis or u can try spraying the hose continuously on the penis,it helps to lubricate it. slowly if u do it everyday, u can soon retracted it fully...a slight pain wont hurt.

when i first fully retracted my foreskin, i feel so shiok. i sprayed water below the head, all the harden white creamy residues, all washed away..

bro, seek medical help. if u think the doc n nurse gonna laugh, let them laugh. u may be a laughing stock for 10 min but it gonna benefit u probably for the rest of ur life. anywaz, i think they haf seen more extreme cases to laugh at u..

Bro, as what the other brudders says, try pulling back the foreskin bit by bit, day by day and on the other hand you can clean the white stuff as well... Once you try to pull back, try to prevent it from slipping to original position.. One fine day you will be able to get the foreskin back fully, serious as I suppose most bros did it as well..
