Rom is fine should be ok if your girl doesn't came to SG work before , Difficult if talking about the yearly Long term pass if you doesn't had a stable job amd monthy cpf contribution . at most they give you the 30 days chop , which you have to extend it every month , or worse they won't give extensions anymore but need your girl to return to her country for 2 or 3 months after which she can then return again , but then again that's a rare case , usually if you are pregnant and had registered ROM with cert , they will just extend .
Stable job + monthly cpf contribution is the 2 most important criteria to apply Long term pass and PR , this 2 can influential the outcome of the application , this is the 2 basic things officer will look at , if you doesn't have this 2 , the officer will simply reject .

To me, a marriage cert is just a legal binding, the truth question is, are you ready to stay committed to this thai girl and your baby to come?

FYI on real case, there is someone who suggested the abortion of baby and my monk friend seen it behind him and asked the baby what happened. The baby reply that at certain age the man asked mother to go abortion and he was shocked. Dun be a murderer for a small life or risk it following your whole life

Btw marry someone is a big issue and you should think carefully. If this marriage is not going to work and both are going to be unhappy. Both suffers but at least be responsible for the child to be given birth and you may want to take responsibility for the child upbringing. Verify the compatibly between both of you, before you decide to take up both mother and child as a family.
