The four rom flat / five room flat is for easy guiding only. The actual payout is based on your flat's Annual Value. According to the progess bonus web, 90& (except those Executive or Mansonate flats) of HDB flat's annual value is S$6,000 or lower per annual.

meaning how much we can get from govt to use it and plan for our cheong so as to generate more FR to put on this thread.

I've said this many times and I'll say it one more time for your benefit... This is MY forum. I am the one faced with the monthly bills to run this place.

I am the one who has to pay when the server is down and needs repair
