yo brothers,
i am also planning a trip to PP on sept 06. i heard that they accept USD only. is that true? also, which hotel is good to stay in..??? cheap, clean, safe hotel... also, brothers are most welcome to join as the more the merrier mah right.

Khmer girls are dark (like those dark Thais you see with Ang Mos). That's why the import of Viets for Chinese men. Only the high end joints offer Chinese girls and the rate is US$100-US$150 overnight.
My overall feel about the place sucks compared to BKK, Pattaya etc. Personally, I think Phnom Penh is only good for those chao Ang Mo child molesters who love to abuse small children.
