Number 1. If they never call you, you go irritate them for what. Let that phone be a compensation. You most likely irritated them so much that they just dump the case to the police.

And thirdly, while being caught in the act, were you being roughed up? That is also a point to consider. Got medical report of injuries?

well i promised them that i would definitely call back to arrange a meeting...but i guess i irritated them for like 3wks...only 3mth later then they report police -_-

I think criminal cases cannot be settled out of court. So there's nothing u can do but wait for your butt to earn his stripes from the rotan.

Bro don't do this la. I suggest you approach the gal directly and tell them you willing to pay compensation whatever it cost you and see if they are able to withdraw the case. I think only they can withdraw the case if they want to. 21yrs old not worth to spoilt your future like this. If they are willing, to withdraw the case you better by all mean don't do that again.

I think it is easy to judge this young man and even easier to say "you should not have done this and that". But seriously I think many of us have done things that we regret and on impulse that feeds more and more into an addiction. It is just that TS got caught and the rest of us didn't.
I think the best choice you have is to get professional help and counseling. The fear you are likely facing now would be very overwhelming, and difficult to face on your own. It may not be easy but if you have supportive family it might be good to let them know what trouble you are in. Rather than they find out from other means. That way they will be less in a shock and hopefully more supportive of your effort in changing and making yourself better.
I think that if you continually seek help to improve yourself it might redeem your situation. Who knows, you might be in a position to help other youths in the future who got lost along the way.
If you can, keep yourself busy and get some exercise! With a clearer head you might be better able to get back on your feet.

frankly speaking i didnt know that its against the law and could end up in a terrible situation....even though i agree its just not right to do something like that.....thus i did it out of mischief.....

Not trying to scare you but u have to be mentally prepared for jail if your charged. Recently there has been a spike in upskirt photo takings and several guys have already been caught. The AGC and judge will want to send a strong signal to all such offenders, and you know how SG deals with sex crimes.
Regret is too late now, your best chance is to plead guilty and ask for a lenient sentence. If your lucky you may get away with just a probation....IF.

Hope this will deter the other bros here who think upskirt taking is fun, it is not. It is a crime and a punishable offence.
