u r right...this is my big sacrifice man!! she tink that is "ridiculous" or this kind of thing cannot be reported that's why like what u have mentioned "upperhand"...to me justice is most important at all time....i have indirectly caused a benchmark for those panties seller who still think they have a upperhand in anyways on this, thinking that silence is golden we will not report....btw, I am not referring to those honest sellers...that day, i pointed at the printed documents instead of verbally telling these corporals and sergeants...then they keep quiet...although i know what they are thinking in their minds....

does CASE handle situations like mine? I really don't know...and i am afraid another embarassment again...in fact i hesitated for a few days before i lodge the report in early april...as far as i know, CASE handle cases by consumers against merchants like beauty spa, products etc....but for individual who don't have a company profile and thus no have their address, can they send them a letter? I know someone who reported to CASE but the company closed down and runaway with the money so it is not contactable and traceable so CASE canot do anything...

police have just "interviewed" her on 16 May only...u know how slow spf work lah...thats why i reported early in April because i foresee they will do it slowly...as they do it slowly, that bxtch did not respond either...实在是太令我失望了...
