I am still very much the same. PC case is very simple, my tenant friend had been talking about the massage gals and the owners in that building. Apparently, the owner( single owner of many shops in massage) tried to force others out of the market, and when other shops have such activities, he will use his "power" to force them to close shop and those surviving ones are his own sleay shops.

This recent development was not known even to my friend until the newspapers came out about it. It seems that they intent to get the police to settle this matter as revenge. As the owner has the "power" to do many things even to force the shop owners to close shops or other stuff.

First, it is so ironic that shop owners have to resort to paying from their pocket to get PI to get info especially when the Pearl Centre is JUST OPPOSITE POLICE CANTONMENT.

The place was raided many times, and they just keep coming back. The shop owners have a grudge against this current owner, and they are the victims of "his doings" and now they are after him. That is why they send the PI reports to police themselves.

First, he leased out the shop, even knowing that they are doing fishy business. Lease tenure, say 1 year.

Then, 3 months down the road, he "sabo" the tenant and get them into trouble. Tenant no choice but to pay owner for breaking lease agreement. Owner make $.

Owner then lease to another fishy business and start the whole damn thing again.

Possible? As I said, just a wide thought.

You must be one of the tenants or had inside info to know these FACTS. Indeed, it was the case. Until last few years, no one wants to rent from THIS owner, and many of his shops are closed.

These few remaining ones are those left behind when he realised his mistakes, and he goes after the other owners.

Now, these owners gang up to deal with him. That was what I heard during my last round of coffee talk with my friend there.
