Business is not all about taking action then earn money. There's a reason why so many business have operation procedures. 5k may be an expensive lesson for your current situation. But since you're the one who set up the business for him, you are the one who have valuable contacts, knowledge and information about the business. You can set up another one with your experience. Just pay heed to the laws, procedures and paperwork essential to protect your interest and the interest of your clients. In army doesn't mean can't do work. You just need to be discreet lo, know the loopholes of the rules. Get yourself into a 8-5pm position. Then use the remainder time to figure out your work flow. If there's a will, there's a way.

Bro there are 2 ways you can maybe remedy the situation and maybe your
financial problems 1. Since you said you are going to NS, ask for stay in. I assume your family has flat and you probably have your own room. With you stay in at the camp, you can rent out your room for S$500/mth. Its not much but it will help tide things over. 2. Since you need money and going to NS, maybe you can consider Sign on. You will get a stable paycheck every mth and unlikely you have to worry about bad times like retrenchment as this can be considered iron rice bowl. But why did you not bill your partner monthly, why? With the stability you can do the part time sex shop thing and digital lock business. Yes its good to trust people but do not over do it, have some cards close to your chest as well.

I am no lawyer but things will not be as bad as what you think for the litigation part. Does your partner recognise you as a co-director? If yes, you should get your dues soon. If no, then you are representing your company to hire that illegal worker. Under business law, the company holds liable to the act of representative (agent-agency act something like that). So this company which is 100% owned by him will get all the fines and warnings. Whichever way, your partner need advise from his lawyer to argue his case. Last but not least, you both do not fit in a business world. You win some you lose some. I can't believe 2 business partners can fall out over $5,500. It probably wont even cover the image and goodwill of any company. I shall not go further into your financial situation because I dont want to be over smart.

Today he threaten me again to sue me for bankrupcy He claimed that i am not a partner and also i defamation over my ex boss who owe me money, he even sponsor him money to sue me I have gather al the ally in digital lock business and all my competitors are agreed to witness for me in newspaper or any other interview I post it over here and receive some valuable reply. I only hope you guys can support me as now i am alone Nobody is fighting for me and imagine a very rich man is coming after you, rob everything away from you and not paying you a cent Sorry to disturb everyones time, i thought bros over here could assist me to protect against this bully.
