A bit off topic but since we are talking about prophylaxis and closer to home, most parents would be familiar with the MMR vaccine. It has been swirling around for years that it carries a potential autism risk. Have you ever been warned by your doctors? Would you go ahead and allow your kid to take the jab knowing those risks? I think most of us in sane mind will not. And as far as I am aware, none of the people I know have been warned by their doctors.

HPV is passed by "genital area contact" not by inserting penis in vagina/anus/mouth. You can put 5 condoms over your dick, if she has HPV after a bit of rubbs-rubba, so do you friend!

Condoms provide ZERO protection agains HPV transmission and only ~85% protection against HIV. ~50% protection again gonnorea and syphlis.

There are only 3 types of safe sex:
1. Your own hand,
2. A partner that has only ever been with you,
3. Gloved HJ or a very clean hand giving you a HJ.
