Usually when i keep bonking 2 to 3 times for around 3 days.. My sperms will get lesser & lesser. There's one time, when i ejaculate but no sperms come out.

if you dont want the pill then simply refrain from releasing every day..
otherwise multi-vit ,zinc , L-arginine and L-lysine supplementation helps(not alot) but watch the quantity you consume.. esp zinc..
