Bro you better think twice but first tell her your age.

In China if you want to marry a woman, having a house is a must.
Most normal 3rm + 1 living rm condos in a city is 0.5-1mil rmb depending on the type and location.
It can be lower or higher. But 150-200k sgd will get you a relatively up scale condo with 3-4 bedrooms in a newer district of the city you choose.

Next you need to give her parents a dowry which is also a must, in the older days they expect gold and electrical appliances, now they want cold hard cash.
Be prepared to part with 5-20k sgd.
On top of that also a monthly pocket money for their parents.

End of the day i can say is that unless you are dead serious and also willing to settle in china and take care of her parents or alternatively she willing to settle long term here (provided u got own house here) if not its not likely to work out long term considering that 'face' is very important in china.

thought average pay of PRC worker only 2000 RMB
so what is the quantum for the allowance?

Brother, you are at least 12 years older than her yet you cannot afford a house and money to satisfy her parents. There are other men she might know who can meet her requirements and are probably younger. When they come around or when she finds them you might be an afterhought. I think you are better off marrying a local SG girl your own age.
