Yup there is a saloon on the 3rd or 4th floor got massage also. Some of the gals will stand outside the saloon, but the gals all CMI.

My observation -
if u want juz proper facial or skincare done by chio gals goto d upmarket joints like Orchard Rd n town area ... u have jean yip, haach, xie mei li bl bl bl ... or d smaller shops in adelphi, far east ... they shd meet yr criteria. dun thk can find specials in d above lah ... their reputation at stake u know.

if u want facial or skinscare + specials, then i thk u may want to try those shops in HDB hubs which r much lower profile. im not into this activity, so cant advise u further but some bros had posted such qns in tis forum b4. .. err .. wait ... how abt d Kandahar Rd joint which offers 3some? ... i thk their brochure did advertise facial svcs.

Forgive my ignorance but it seems that PPC is actually more of a TN place then facial, cos had reccee there twice but did not find something close or chio gals doing facial, thanks anyway for your kind recommendation...

i thk i knw which one u referring to. on 2nd lvl, up escalator can see liao? if we r on same frequency i thk it shd b somethg like Mei Taiwan n 916 salon style - hair cut + wash + massage. i thk shd b clean lah ... juz that d gals look more seductive, n sometimes dress more seductive than yr normal salon gals.
