Not really into the peeping, but remember in the old days before the buses where air con, was on this last bus home from Clementi to Bedok with gf, took her up to the upper deck and went all the way to the back. actually i prefer to sit at first level, the first seat along the vertical bench (it is the bench that is parallel to the windows)

due to the "higher ground" and the angle, I can see the down blouse very clearly, but only for the 2 passengers seated in front.

but too bad started driving these days, no chance to view liao
