The only possibility of HIV mutating to a form that defeats condoms is that they mutate into an air-borne virus ( then we are all FUCKED ) or becomes contagious via contact ( like Herpes ). As long as it remains fluid-based, it will not pass through condoms because latex is impervious to fluids.

Brother, a condom is safer than a BBBJ. The risk would be if you let saliva leak onto your skin you might catch Herpes etc. ie at the base of your dick.
