Deluxe is in Kingsway Hotel - its quite close to Fortuna. If you want a good mummy recommendation for Deluxe, ask for Siu Kit or Janet. My fav KTV joint for Macau is still Momo at Holiday Inn. Sorry for the late reply Bro 69er. If you usually stay at Holiday Inn then its even more convenient for you viz Momo. I have not heard of a change in management but that said, the last time i was there was back in January. Darling 1 is ok but I still prefer Momo for the better looking PRC chicks. I just went to Darling and must say that the experience wasnt as good as i thought it would be.
