In the prison, anything can happen. The timid ones will PCC in the dark. Heard that in US, if an asian is put into a cell with the blacks, his backsides sure to open flower because he is smaller in size, has smoother and fairer skin, so looks more like a female and easy to bully.

Not women's dome. Is male dome. I think everyone has a point. PCC is a natural thing. If cannot, will be problematic. Anyway, I just heard it from him. True or not, I can't be sure.

Also, I think its also due to the food that prisoners eat and the environment. Prisoners usually have very little sex drive. However, when a normal gal walks past, they will think she is pretty. An ugly gal walks past them and they will think she is uppable.

You cant PCC in Prison, male or female.

Kena caught either PC or tio charge again. As for rapists or sex offender, no one should know what crime he's in for unless he's stupid enough to tell everyone.

The wardens certainly wun say. This is not like Chow Yun Fatt's jail movies.

In QRP, you are basically in a cell the size of a HDB storeroom with 3 other inmates...locked up for 23 hours a day. how to PCC? the only thing you'll do there is to sleep as much as possible.

Only way to do it privately is unless u r being tried for murder or some serious offences, then u will get a cell to yourself.
