As on yesterday,the money changer situated @ level 2 in Tiong Bahru Plaza is 22.80. I think the money changers in GM, ChinaTown, Raffles Place & Mutstafa offer the best rate in town. Sometimes, the changer situated inside Parkway Parade offers a pretty a good rate too.

anyone knows do the ATMs in Bangkok still impose the service fees or admin charge when making withdrawals using my citibank ready credit card issued in Singapore?
The last time when I was there in Aug last year, I remembered that the ATM still imposed 150 thb service fees. No sure about now.

Well I guess this applies thru out Thailand, I was charged 150 thb when I withdrew in Phuket in Jan 2010..
