I know there is one located near victory monument BTS call Pla Thong Mookata.

Along Sukhumvit road opposite side of Landmark hotel near to Nana is some roadside pushcart stalls...... a couple of them are mookata stalls. They start from late night and have long waiting for the portable roadside tables as very popular with the locals.
