Most of the WLs in PT have no problems taking on all comers..... regardless whether you local or foreigner..... and all races too.
Even if you have disability or handicapped..... they will not reject you.
Unless you are drink, intoxicated or high on substances..... or damn dirty and smelly. Do note there are no showers in PT...... only a small basin.

H14 R13 & R14 are Indian WLs who relocated from Deskar road brothel....... they were previously from same Deskar house as the WL currently in H14 R4.
