Feeling my little one not working well due to not resting well and any how eat.

Tips for today

The four exercises that can best train sexual performance:

1. Squat
It can train the buttocks and leg muscles, let the blood flow to the genitals, and the genitals will be filled with blood, thus generating sexual desire.
Movement essentials: Open your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees and lower your body, and imagine that you are sitting on a chair.
