Have you heard that both DHC and Executive are shutting down early next years? Romour has it that the boss is looking at a new place in town but because of the size of this outlet, he is not able to fit in all his gals. Some of the gals have started to leave and move elsewhere. June I heard.... now all the rental is sky high in town. So finding a location to fit his bill will be tough. Moreover new licensing rules not easy to get a new license. But I heard he might close for good because he already has a china operation and some of the family members are already there.

I think DHC boss should consider other places like shopping centres or hotels in other locations.. Maybe can move to Turf City premises..

Bros, I suggest you guys do not speculate without knowing exactly what happens ... It won't be early 2007 at least. Thats for sure as the boss of DHS has renovated certain rooms, installed new aircon, carpeted the aisle of the hallway, and also implemented buffet meals to attract more customers and counter competitions.

The boss is in the process of looking for a alternative site as he won't give up so easily. He has made a pile over this business. However, he might give up the Executive Spa which is less attractive versus the former ...

It appears that Rain won't be coming back as she told me early this year that she is contemplating to retire at the end of this year.
