Well, there's no other way, than to find out myself!

I don't remember anyone compiled a list of ranking of the gals of DHS except Bro Phantom's compilation of the availability of gals per what you mentioned above. However, I do remember someone did a compilation of the ranking of the gals from BHC.

Bro Phantom who belongs to the same private group as me is currently stationed out of the country. He has also not logged on to the private group for donkey years.
