Are you referring to L20H40 instead? L18H38 is $100 for 40 mins.
I had similar encounter such as yours recently at L20H40 where the boss is the skinny tall guy.
Apparently if you extend or take 2 sessions or more, they only add 20mins instead of 25mins.
Eg. 1 session entitled 25min
2 sension entitled 45 min
3 session entitled 65mins etc etc

Last time i tried 17 was few months ago, not sure if still the same one.
