Alternative for Desktop users, use Opera browser. New Opera browser come with built-in VPN. (Works like Puffin)
After its installation, go to Setting -> Privacy -> Security -> enable VPN. Personally, I use this browser for surfing SBF only in the event the URL is blocked again. Note that the performance is slower compared to non-VPN. The good point is simpler setup - don't need to tweak with the computer VPN setting.
