Immigration officiers do screen nationals from china, vietnam, thailand and indonesia with much caution. Once they sense any discrepancies is the answers provided upon questioning, they're probably gonna get into trouble.

Nothing is for sure, don't assume that the officers don't screen everyone. Come on, they sit at the immigration counters everyday and what makes you think they're dumb? They've seen lots of nonsense, they know the 1001 tricks that offenders use, they are trained in this aspect, this is their job.

And to bros who have NOT accompanied their ex-WL tiraks into singapore at least several times before, please do not assume the behaviour of the customs and give out those "You think so" advices. Assumptions often lead to grave mistakes.

there is one thread by me about how the immigrant officer scan the girls from asian country. my friend wife happen to be station at changi airport(now no more) . ica do random picking up tourist to go for the biometric scan and record down their particular.usually they will pick up girls from the famous few countrty.

Hi all, I have a different case here...

My tirak was actually frm laos but was using a thai passport to come in to work as cat40. So what do you think if she is going to use her laos passport to enter singapore? Is she going to declare she had use a thai passport to work here before? Will she get into trouble by declaring and get jail?

Dear all brothers here,

Read through suggestions and comments in this part of the forum...see a lot of heartache and headache of brothers putting in effort to pursue your tirakship...I would like to share my experience with a Ex WL with all...

My wife (a Ex WL) ORDed 1 and a half year ago, now we are official husband and wife in Thailand...got ourself a condo and a honda civil over there and expecting my first baby boy next month... ...to reply, as from what I know, ex WL are forever banned from entering Singapore again, this is my own personal experience...I do not know about other cases.

I am still working in Singapore, I fly over to Thailand every 2 to 3 weeks to spend time with my wife usually 3 to 4 days, while, I am just back in Singapore today after a long holiday over at Bangkok...expenses to maintain $2, 000 per month....tele-communication daily with my wife. Have set up a small eating house which is maintained my my wife and her mother.

For those that thought of staying with your loved one, consider carefully before committing, although I did not regret in my decision to have this arrangement...frankly frankly, I am feeling very exhausted at time and the question 'Did I make a mistake?' does occasionally pop up in my thought...not money, not time, not harass of traveling....it's the feeling of missing my wife who is far away and by which I cannot like a normal Singaporean, stay by her side daily.

Bro sosurfer, i see this thread got other ex WLc ome to sgp leh. Why you say until so sure, can you share with us your experience? You come to sgp custom and they tell you your wife cannot enter??

Hi brother civilian,

My wife actually signed a declaration that she is prohibited to come back to Singapore. I am not too sure of other cases as I have mentioned earlier.

I love my wife and I know she love me too, I have decided, started and will never regret with I am doing now...just thinking of ways to improve the life of my family especially my son that will be out soon, his education and much much more.....
